At the core of our service delivery model are our providers and partners. Our providers comprise of
carefully selected delivery companies and car owners. These providers go through a screening process before getting approved as suitable.

They also undertake some training on basic communication and interpersonal relationship prior to commencement. To achieve effective coverage of our chosen market and ensure quick response time to our clients, we work closely with strategic partners who report directly to Associate Directors at their various locations.

The Associate Directors are fully responsible for all business decisions relating to their coverage area.
