Dr Elile Chibuzor Francis holds B.Agric. (Animal Science), M.Sc. (Animal Physiology) and Ph.D. (Animal Physiology) degrees from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is the Coordinator of Nigerian Postgraduate College of Animal Science (NPCAS). He has successfully coordinated the graduation of most alumni of NPCAS and currently overseeing the registration of students into the Professional Certificate and Diploma Programmes of the College. He is a Registered Animal Scientist with specialization in endocrinology and biotechnologies in animal reproduction. He has conducted and supervised over twenty academic research works on animal physiology published in national and international journals. Presently, he is an editor and a reviewer in some noble international journals.
